Judge Staci Williams of the 101st District Court in Dallas County is offering to officiate FREE wedding ceremonies from noon to 4:15 p.m. on Valentine’s Day, Friday, February 14.
This special event is open to:

Whether you are beginning a new chapter or reaffirming your commitment, this is a beautiful opportunity to make your love official.

Important Marriage License Instructions
Couples wishing to wed must obtain a valid Texas marriage license at least 72 hours prior to the ceremony.
(While the 72-hour waiting period may be waived under certain circumstances, it is strongly recommended not to rely on a waiver.)
